Yes, that is something you need to do after buying the car if it is a legit deal. Was it a ram air optioned car by chance? That can add value to it if complete. What type of stripe pattern did it have? That can play into the value of the car. Stripe delete 70 Superbees are rarer than ones with stripes. Does it have good grilles (fragile) or are they missing (a hard to find part, cost $$$)? Check for rust behind the rear window areas and underneath (trunk floors especially) as those are typical places for rusting on them....

004.jpg005.jpg007.jpg007.jpg008.jpg011.jpg016.jpg012.jpg hi here's the 70 super bee BARN FIND!! it's a solid rust free all parts except windshield and drive shaft and no title. so I get a bonded title no big deal. I did it with my 65 satellite. it does run. a diamond in the rough!

nice score ! :headbang:

Very cool, probably won't be able to sleep until you get it home. ;)

wow....right here in north Texas? lucky duck

Console, air grabber, 4 speed car.... COOL !!

At 1st it sounded too good to be true. But happy for you. I came upon my Superbee 25 years ago by accident. I saw it sitting behind a barn, well part of it anyway. Stopped to inquire about it. The owner thought I was somebody else that apparently was on his way to come look at it. As soon as I got out of my car he said, 'Its around here" before I had even introduced myself to him or even told him why I had stopped by. Of coarse I got it and for $600
