those almost look like early 70's charger?? don't they go near the front bumper off the fender for filler? maybe not, but I sold a set once off a '73 and looked similar to that

maybe the Plymouth as well, but yes you would be correct

Here's one. Which one is for a 727 small block? Winner gets my gratitude because I don't have to pull the starter off to check and first opportunity to buy the one I don't need.:headbang:
 
I'm going for the one on the right. Just threw my carcass under the truck - I can see the pronounced bump around the biggest fixing hole nearest the starter, and the 3 holes from the center to the starter are not aligned.

also no torque converter drain plug drain panel as big blocks have
