does seat have rails ? are any of the rails rusty?

to anyone interested ....i will ship this seat via greyhound under the bus ...works great and is the least expensive method ive found for big parts!!!!!...thx, fbbo
 
The knobs might be different, or in different location, but the seat will fit 68-70.
