Missing- Engine, Fender tag, Build sheet XS29VOG207191

1970 Charger R/T 6-pack, 4speed dana 60...is top bannana and I bought it through a listing on this site. The seller has been a douche regarding this information although he sent me a photo of the fender tag which someone else has...he also has a line on the engine...maybe? not sure what to believe from this guy. Any help appreciated.
