Ok I know that ups ships millions of packages daily. But this is the secound time in the last 2 months that they have lost parts I have had shipped. I'm beginning to think that someone at the tulsa terminal has a charger. I got a car still on jack stands waiting for my new rotors to be found. £&##¥₩!!!!!!!!:angryfire::angryfire:::angryfire::angry1:

Who was shipping the rotors to you? Besides UPS prices going through the roof, I've never had any problems and been using them for 15+ years. Only complaints I've had when people were sending me parts was the way the parts were packed. Boxes too light, wrong type of packing, not taped well enough are some of the problems and that's not UPS's fault.

I'll only use FedEx because of that and how slow UPS is.

The parts are coming from an auto parts store in socal I have used before no problems ever till he started using ups. I dont know why

Both have surprised me before. Sometimes FedEx is slow too and sometimes the stuff gets here so fast it's like it came from the other side of town.

I probably just jinxed myself lol. I have accounts with both but so far haven't used FedEx. The FedEx drop off point is further away than the UPS store plus UPS is on my road daily and since it's a dead end, if I see the truck come in, I can stop them on the way out with my prepaid shipment and I don't get charged for pickup. That alone is usually worth paying a bit more for shipping. If I think the shipping is on the high side, I'll knock off some money from the sale for the convenience of not having to stop what I'm doing. Also whenever I call FedEx about a question, no one seems to have the answers and they rarely come out here. Also, Firefox doesn't support their site. I have to open up my windows browser to use it. what's up with that mess.

I read about a lot of complaints . I have a lot of stuff shipped to me regularly via UPS, FEDX , USPS , and I have never once had an issue with any of them, maybe im just lucky

I have NEVER had a package delivered to my door by UPS that wasn't damaged.
I ordered door sills for my 73. The package had been twisted so bad the cardboard triangle case/pkg was in half. I saw the truck, he (and I mean literally) dropped it at the door and RAN back to his truck.
Now, any time I order anything, I ask how it will be shipped. If they say UPS, I'll ask if they can ship it another way. If they say no, order cancelled. I won't use them.

I did have a $3000.00 tool damaged by UPS once which was insured. They covered the whole thing and reimburse the $100 shipping. But they were the only carrier that damaged anything that was shipped to me.

Same here.

Maybe these Muppets are getting a little light on quality car parts for their crappy TV show...

I had the USPS ship a box to Texas. Box had a Florida return label on it and a Florida send to address. Mine

I had a UPS delivery yesterday. It was a bathing suit for my wife. It wasn't broken or bent at all.

Fed ex is terrible in so Florida and ups has been good... I want to marr up something on the pulley I just got.... just a little ding to match all the other parts...

Did you get a tracking number with your shipment? I've never had any issues with UPS or FedEx

Good Luck

We used to use UPS, but after breaking 3 things in a 2 week period 'enuff is 'enuff. Yes we know about padding/packaging we ship parts every day. Just what does it take to break a cast iron exhaust manifold? Looked like it was run over w a forklift. My nephews worked there a few years now.... the stories....... yikes!

Fed ex broke my 2ton engine crane... LOL. How does a dash even have a chance...

Yes got a tracking number they still dont know where its at

:dink:No matter who you use,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,buy the insurance for more than the value of the package

The USPS is the only shipper that has lost something that I shipped.
