Cop car...but movie style, where you make it look like a cop car in the first page post, but add performance wheels and a obnoxious hood scoop, like the good ole boy sheriff you find in the movies trying to catch another Mopar on the run...ie; vanishing point, several other movies

I would put some shackles in the back and crank up the torsion bars and but some 31x10.5x15s on some black steel wheels. My fury is a low mile car I rescued from a field where it was vacationing for the last 20 years. Drug it home, pulled the slant six head to unstick the valves, slapped her back together with some fresh gas and she runs like a champ. I wanted to do something different so I did this. You need a light bar across the top to help complete the look.

I would leave it. that is a nice car. why spend the money? I had the same dilemma with a clean 67 belvedere four door. slant six three on the tree. it is a lot of fun to drive, and people want to buy it all the time. Sell yours after you have had fun with it, and invest the cash into something you may like better. or that your wife likes better!LoL

i voted cop car clone but my second vote would be leave it alone and drive it

drive it and enjoy it ,there a lot of fun .:headbang:

4 door cars are the next "thing" as the 2 door cars get more and more expensive and harder to find. Just like trucks not too long ago, they were cheap to get and cheap to build. Now trucks are as hard to find and as expensive. Station wagons can also be lumped into this category, I see more and more wagons being built then ever before.

I would take that 360 you have collecting dust and make yourself a sleeper! Get a 727 and a set of gears, hidden duel exhaust :headbang:

Personally I would leave it's looks alone except for upgrading the lighting. Now a V-8 swap would be cool so that's how I voted but I would rebuild the six myself for some grunt and go over to Hemi Performance an Aussie site and get the Six Pack setup they build for the 225 with the three webbers. I have been looking for a nice clean, and well cheap, slant car to do this one myself.

I would make it a sleeper with a twin turbo late model efi hemi tucked under it all.

Sell it and purchase a 75-79 b-body. There are lots of great deals on low millage unit. Lots of senior citizens are dumping them on the market. many with Big block 400 (360 too) with bucket seats t-top windows, electric seats, electric doors. 15" wheels 91/4 rear ends. some with sun roofs, the list goes on By the way listen to your other half, she may drive it too...................................................................................
