I'm well into my first Mopar resto and looking for some info: my car is a 69 GTX that had new 1/4's put on before I got it. Whoever did it neglected to mark out where the quarter emblems go. Thought I would see if someone would be able to help out with the right measurements.

Hi, welcome from almost across the street. :) I'm sure there'll be lots of people with help for the GTX emblem...

Let's see that car! :)

Hello and welcome. Here's a closeup of mine.

moparcanuk very nice photo there :headbang:

I'll dig up some pics, paint is done, engine and all drive train is in , mufflers ( 12" Magnaflows) are in. August 11 for glass and headliner.

Not miles away from second engine start.

Hey, I was at Preston Arena Mopar show and did not see one 69 GTX there, maybe it was too hot:angryfire:. Last year was a better turnout.

Awesome...do you mind popping off the emblem and measuring the holes? :icon_cool: !

Kinda going that way, no trim on the sides, all one color carrying thru rocker panel, didn't like the original medium blue so it's now dark blue flake. The only side markings will be the GTX emblem, otherwise it's the Roadrunner look.

Awesome photo album with great attention to both original and restored detail - I need to raise the bar.

Got some of the emblem, would still be an estimate though. Kind of want to get tape measure detail, lots of other highly usable detail there though. Great work on a great car! Thanks.

I should be to my Dad's later today. If I can remember, I will try to take some pics with measurements for you.

I got the pics but they are on my Mom's camera since I forgot my camera at my house. If you don't mind waiting, I should hopefully be back there on Thurs.

Don't mind the wait, just want to drill the holes before final polish.

I'm sure my rad support has been changed - does your car have the VIN on the rad support?

yes it does. also under the trunk weatherstripping.
