Mopar show, Brookfield WI, 8-15-2014

This is a nice Show! ..I know Sonny will be there. hope to see a great turnout again.

It get's bigger every year. WMMC (Wisconsin Mopar Muscle Club) does a nice job.


I will try to get there early to watch the cars parade in..so cool.. "under the lights"........

Looks like good weather for it. I'm hoping to head down after I get off work - should make the 6:00 meet time. Hope to see you there, too, Big. Even if you leave your car home.

It's ok to touch his car, just don't touch the headliner! I'm sure he will explain.
 
First Ride for girlfriend in car (1963 PLYMOUTH Belvedere).....we drove to highway quiet & peaceful ride, ok,

...... we get to Highway ......I PUNCH IT:3gears: & she grabs the seat and the HEADLINER !
Sonny says "oh my god let go of the headliner"!......
Girlfriend says; with a whimper: "too many rules , take me home":icon_cry: with a tear in her eye...

too bad for her, no more rides..her loss not mine! :eusa_whistle:
 
It was great to meet you guys - Eric, Sonny, and Bigs. It felt like we'd known each other for years. I told my wife that it's always fun to meet Mopar brothers in person and see how well we hit it off from the get go. I only wish we'd have gotten there earlier. Bigs - thanks for bringing your wife, too - what a nice gal you have there. Our two Lauras hit it off, and it was nice for mine to have another wife there to visit with. It was also great to see my friend Bob and his Hemi GTX again. I was surprised to realize we hadn't seen each other in about 15 years. Eric - thanks for starting this thread so I would find out about this show!

Thanks for the pics guys. Always nice to see Mighty Mopars at a collection point. Dumb question but where is Brookfield in reference to Minneapolis? I plan to try and hit some of these tri-state shows next summer when my car has been completely refreshed. Can't wait. It would be fun to meet some FBBO members as well.
 
Thanks for sharing the pics, it looks like a great show. I grew up in that area and my dad is actually the finance manager at Dodge City. He told me about the show and sent me the flyer. I figured I was a shoo-in for the long distance award but couldn't actually make it. My dad's a die hard Mopar fan and had some awesome cars growing up. He's the one that got me hooked on them. Usually when I ask him about the show he tells me he's too busy inside and can't get out of his office until the show's nearly over. I was really happy to see him in one of the pictures on the club's link. Looks like he made it outside to check out some cars this year! I'm going to have to give him a call tonight and hear all about it. Looks like there were some great cars, including a few I remember seeing at shows over the years before I moved. Thanks again for sharing.
 
Looks like a good show! I used to live about a mile from this place.
