Anyone on this site driving a nice GTX on south route 8 in the North Hills area (north of Pittsburgh) on 8/23/14. I was heading north on route 8 around 1:00 pm and saw a nice GTX going in the opposite direction. A darker color, possible burgundy. I flipped around but lost my soul mate...
 
probably my buddy John in his burnt orange 70 GTX v code, he lives in Gibsonia. He also has a 70 burgundy road runner hes trying to sell so it could have been that one too.
 
It was definitely a GTX. It was right around Gibsonia near the turnpike exchange. Is he on this site? What part of Pittsburgh are you in, dgraver?

I'm out in east in Plum, but I go everywhere. More than likely I'll be at Mopars in the Park on Sunday: http://carcruises.com/cruise_detail.asp?eid=29739

John isn't on the site, he doesn't do well with "technology", doesn't even have a cell. He has some awesome mopars, mostly e bodies, but besides the b bodies mentioned above, he has another 70 road runner, 69 road runner convertible and a 70 4spd, v code dana charger. I bought my 72 rr/GTX off him over 4 years ago, great guy and has almost any part youd ever need!
 
He had his 70 GTX at starlite in Wexford Fri. night. Not a bad turnout considering they cancelled the show. I wanted to talk to him to see what all he has for sale but did not get a chance. Maybe this Fri. or Sunday at the park.

Who all is going to mopars in the park? I am going also and will look you up engraver.

I will be in Erie with my family. I may take my own car and leave early to get to the show on Sunday. What time does it start?
 
Registration is 9 till Noon. Judging Noon till 2.
Remember, it is no longer held at Alameda Park! :0( , At the Fairground Market on RT 422.
I hope to attend, but will have to see how the weekend goes.

I can tell you everything he is actively trying to sell right now: 73 #s matching 340/727 challenger, 74 340 cuda, 70 383/727 road runner...some of his other cars he'd part with as well, but those are the ones he definitely wants to move.
