My new shop.

Thanks, I sure hope I stay busy too. the electrician starts next week, I think I'm pulling the plug on my 20+ yrs of work for manufacturing companies, this week.

Ceiling goes on tomorrow, Also the framing of interior walls I'm told.

Do or die time huh? Well congrats man. Looks like you planned everything out well. Really hope your business takes off Dave!!

Do or die is correct, sleepless nights.

I really just want to get started.

The shop's turning out first rate Dave and I'm definitely jealous of the lift. By the way great new quote you have there. Caddyshack, excellent movie!!!!!

Forgot to mention I quit my day job.

Holy **** that felt good. 20 years of punching a clock for factories.

I feel like I just broke out of a POW camp.

Congrats on taking the final step in going on your own.

It is scary going from one boss to a whole bunch that think you work only for them called customers
just settle in and do not let them push you to hard
Good luck on your venture
Bruce

I wish I lived a lot closer than I do...I could sell you a heap of awesome lighting for that shop.

Nice work so far and all the best for your new venture. :headbang:

Congratulations on that decision, feels good!!!!!!

they sure look huge when there empty but as you fill it up with equipment and other items the walls seem to be closing in and it feels so much smaller and then you feel like you should have built a larger building ,sure is looking real good Dave !!!!!!:icon_thumright: oh where is your shop grilling facilities :eusa_think:

Shop grilling will be out the front or back door, lol.

We're going to move a 14x26 col met spray booth today. It's a side downdraft unit.

Lots of ways to go with spray booths, I've been doing the paint thing for 20 yrs. Honestly I could flip a coin as to old schoold side draft, semi down draft, side down draft, pit down draft, basement down draft...

What ever, I can make any of them work just fine. This just happens to be what I found a good deal on so I went with it.

Oh my god, spray booths are so much fun to disassemble, move and reassemble......

Good times, gooooooood times.......
