Sorry this is so basic, but I just bought a 1976 Cordoba. I have a FSM & Haynes book "in the mail", but I want to start on the master cylinder right away (this car might not be much of a go'er, but I would really like it to be a great stop'er!) Is it pretty basic on this car , or is there some hidden problems lurking? Also, any "best tricks" out there to get a 38 year old MC unbolted?
Thank you

Not that I know of the bolts are basically up under the dashboard and the best way I've found using a long extension maybe if you have to put two or three together and then use a swivel. If you have to you can loosen the steering column from the floor and a dash drop it down now I'll give you a little more room side to side (they're a pain in the a;&)

Sorry, should have mentioned it has power steering, so the MC is held on by nuts from studs out of the power steering unit.
