Any recommendations for coverage at the track? Street car that goes to the track a couple times a year to get times, not a full time race car. My policy voids the second I roll onto the track.

there's always Lloyds of London, they will insure almost anything,

racing/racecar insurance isn't cheap...very high in liability

Google search Racing Insurance

IIRC some insurance company "homeowners policies" have restrictions too,
allegedly could void a current policy/claim, if they know your racing or building a racecar, even part time...

slippery slope of liability,

supposedly the ticket/fee's for entering to race, like half the cost of admission,
all tracks have to have some form of liability coverage, but it's not worth the paper it's written on,
you & they can still be held liable...

There are some policies that offer paddock and transportation coverages. These will cover you at the track but not on the track. Specialized racing coverage will cover you on the track, but it is way expensive and designed for high dollar race teams. As Budnick suggested do a Google search. Hagerty offers some vintage Motorsport coverages,( I am an Hagerty agent) so there are some coverages out there but not much that is going to cover you going down the track.
