I have some 62-65 Max Wedge headers for sale. The primary OD is 2.170", and they are fenderwell headers. PM me if you would like to get pics or info.

I have TTIs on my 65 Belvd. N/SS (2") They fit great, and with a mini starter it can be removed without pulling the header out!

i have 2" tti's on my 65 coronet. very good fit.

That's good to know. Getting ready to make that purchase and was curious if there were any issues with what you get from TTI out of the box? You running a 383?

Thank you 69bee i prefer under chassis headers !!

i have a 440 in the car. once the engine is raised up, the headers were remarkably easy to install; and i always use studs. connecting the wiring/cable to the mini starter is another issue. the large tubes need skinny fingers to get between. i also run the 3" exhaust and it fit like a glove.

I am not actually sure that they are fender well headers, just assumed because they look wide. Here is a pic of them; you tell me. I am asking $250 plus the ride. My buddy just showed up and said that they were regular headers, 3 piece with removable collectors.

Umm, ok... I guess your opinion could count, but I am not offering them to you, I am talking to moparcrazy. These are 426 Max Wedge headers with the large ports (2.0" wide, 1.5" tall), and not just some 2" primary headers for a big block Mopar.

I have a 65 coronet and getting ready to install a rebuilt 440 motor. Some had suggest using the Hedman header #78030 with a mini starter. Does TTI also have a headers that would work? Plan on using using their set up for the rest of my exhaust. Will their X pipe set up work okay on my 65?

could those be the early b-body hedman race header where one tube on each side goes out the fenderwell?

Comparing them to these BB fenderwell headers, I would be inclined to think not. The ones in the link go way away from the head flange, whereas mine stay close with the exception of one tube. I have never had them installed, so I can not say for certain.

a friend of mine had a set of the 2" hedman race headers on is '64 belvedere. one pipe on each side exited out the bottom of the fenderwell. kind of looks like #8 and maybe #7 may exit out the side,.......heck what do i know? i do know he parked his car after driving with a tire resting on one of the pipes and blew the tire out,..lol!

Sounds plausible, but without having installed them before, I can not say.
