Yes that is the "Recall" wheel, and its quite valuable and almost impossible to find. Hard to make out the condition of yours in the pic but it looks decent.

The wood on the wheel is decent, but it's coming off the wheel. Should I just apoxy it back on?

The steering wheel I have no idea about, people restore them I'd find someone who knows exactly how to restore that wheel.

And I'd like to get $100 for the dash frame. I don't have any seats, IIRC I have a heater box/controls, a solid trunk lid, I have rear window/quarter glass but its for a hardtop, and the rest is mostly mechanical/non 1967 specific stuff. I have a shift lever/some steering column parts too if you plan to leave it column shift, looks like the lever is missing from yours? Do you need any trim?

I need a decent grill and head light trim rings. All the column stuff is there, it's just in neutral.
