Track rims

So I'm running 20x10.5 in the rear at the moment for show

But they hook up like crap so I'm looking for something smaller to fit a drag radial on. problem is that I got aftermarket disc brake conversion in the rear, so a 15" would be too small, I'm guessing a 16 might fit, or a 17. What would you guys go for width wise and old school steelie looking?

what size rotors? if there 12.14" 90% of 15" rims wont fit, why not try some 17" rims with big hoosier radials

I believe they're 12.14 yes, need to check them again. You say that 15 don't fit - what about 16?

I want to go for the look that snake eater 98 has or like this

90% of 15's wont work, I know for a fact that centrelines don't and many others, 90% of 16's will work some wont, 17's will definetly work.

Just a pita to know before you buy - especially since I haver to import them. I'd like to go 16 since theres more drag radial choices for 16 rims here in Sweden. But it seems to be hard to find good looking steel wheels in sizes larger than 15.

why steel? a 16" steel might work, buy a percy's wheel rite tool for like $150 and it will tell you the smallest wheel you can fit

Steel just because of the old school look of it. Choices are limited on this side of the pond.

don't bother with 16" the performance tire in that size is almost non existant., go with 17" instead

So a pair of 17 beefier wide rear wheels it is then. I got a pair of cobra-r as I mentioned before but they look more track rather than classic.

bf goodrich g force kdw 2 make a nice beefy tire that looks good and will give insane grip.
