Does anyone know if Wheel Vintiques "62 Series" wheel will accept a Mopar 10" dog dish hub cap?

The set I purchased about 3 years ago do not fit the 10 wheel cover.

Not sure about the '62 series', but I can tell you that the '63 series' is perfectly fine for the reproduction dog-dish caps.

Did you buy the 62 or 63 series? I know the 63 series won't accept the 10" cap. They are saying the 62 series will accept the 10". I still would like to here it from someone that actually has tried it.

I bought the 63 series 15x8 and epoxied a smaller 9" dog dish inside a 10" cap.1028141002a.jpg1028141019-1.jpg

Took a look at them via their catalog. Looks like the 62 series are very close the Mopar 15 x 5/5.5 K wheels, lacking only the extra locating hole. Maybe have to notch the dog dishes slightly at the nub locations. Worse case buy one 15 x 5/6” to check fitment.

That's probably what i'll do, Vintiques did say the Mopar 10" cap would fit, but you know how that goes. Just thought I would throw it out there in case someone has already been down that road. I will keep you posted.

Yeah, I don’t doubt the cap will fit or can be modified to fit. I believe the large dog dishes are actually listed @ 9 ¾” so the 62 center is about ½” too large. You may be able to force the dog dish on but getting it back off might induce a hissy fit.

Looking them up on Summit,

The 62 series accepts a 10.125 in center cap

The 63 series accepts a 8.750 in center cap

Also the 62 series is a Ford / Chevy design wheel

Sorry I don't remember which series I ordered.

OK, I finally got the real scoop today from Jack at Vintique Wheels. The "62" series wheel takes a 10 1/8" inside diameter dog dish cap, therefore a large Mopar cap (9 3/4" id) will NOT fit. Thanks everyone for all your input!
