Just picked up a 65 Belvedere II. 492 stroker, solid cam, Victor heads, Holley 1000cfm, TTI headers, line lock, 727 with 3500 stall converter, Ford (ugh!!) 9" rear with 4:11's and Strange axles. Blah, blah, blah......
This is quite the beast compared to my 72 Dart with a 440!! Can't wait for Spring!

Very nice. :headbang:

Scooby67 if you get a chance can you get a close up picture of your gauges mounted on the cowl behind your hood. I want to see how they are mounted as I plan to mount 3 gauges there. Thanks, Al

Thank you for the kind words! I was actually looking for an A body roller for a built 360 I've been sitting on for a few years. I saw this advertised and from the pics, I just had to take a look. I'm a pretty critical guy and usually walk away from a lot of cars I see, but it was just too nice to pass up. We agreed on a fair price and I picked it up a week later. My 72 Dart is now the red headed stepchild of the family! Lol!

Deep pockets! Nice ride , envious !

That is one very nice and sweet Mopar !! That should run easy 10's. Funny as I used to have a 72 Dart also I sold to my son so it still sits in my garage next to my 63. Ron

Naturally, I'm compiling a list of small odds and ends it needs: quarter window handles and spacers, quarter window front edge seals, door jamb seals, horn button, etc......Come the Spring, I'll get to work on replacing these items. It was themed after the A990 and the seats are directly bolted to aluminum risers. I can barely reach the pedals! Lol! My friend got me a set of adjustable seat rails which I will be fitting, also.

Awesome car! I sure hope you take it to the track and let us know what it runs!

After I get it sorted out in the Spring, I plan on taking it up to Lebanon Valley for a shake down. Dynoed at 620hp with 630lb/ft of torque, so she should hustle quite nicely! QA1 adjustable rear coil overs with adjustable rear links and 15" wide Micky Thompson Drag slicks. Honestly, I'm nervous! Lol!
