I cant believe it!!
Just cruising the list of "Craig", I found the "perfect" parts car.. 1973 Coronet WAGON! in Blue same as mine!!... looked in really good shape, had a 3" Binder of literally everything done to it since new (one family owners) to an obsessive OCD level!. including original finance, warranty, dealer extras broshure, invoice and window stickers. And a hand written note "happy birthday, love Mom and Dad"

Anyway, this thing ran, drove, rode GREAT!!, it made the 2hr. drive back easily no, vibrations, shakes, good power (for a 318) engine extras MSD ignition, holley performer 4BL carb and intake, New Trans, Tires are nearly new with non dented hubcaps.
nearly perfect reupholstered front bench seat, everything works. I could go on MUCH longer. Everything was done by paid professional shops (with reciepts)

I'm having trouble deciding what to do with it after I swap both front fenders, hood, several large interior parts/ trim, tires, ect.. scrap it out? sell off? crush it?
anyway, such a dilemma

So you bought it as a parts car and now realize it's to nice to part right .. that's the dilemma?

Needs some work but sounds like a very sound driver. Find another parts car and drive this one while you fix up whatever you have

That looks like a great wagon to keep as a Cruiser. I would jump on something like that. :headbang:

I agree - a bargain for a great running car. I say make it a parts hauler and drive it - find something else to source your parts from and you have a steal for a great old, PRACTICAL car you can use for almost anything. I bet a 4x8 sheet of plywood even fits in the back of that thing!

Regardless of what you do, nice score!

Concur! I'd be all over that for a driver and have a blast in it and watch for needed items to repair it for little to nothing

Yes, I already have one I really dont have room for 2 of these beasts heh, i was just going to swap the nicer parts and decide to do with the other, will still be a complete nice car but with my not as nice parts, power train will remain

thats what I thought and did, I realized that after the drive home

And a bargain it was at that price!!! :icon_thumleft:

Thanks! that what I thought as well, 4x8 sheet was advertised as being able to fit lying flat!

Thats why I bought it for parts (at first) is the super high cost/ rarity of the things i need! that this car has.
