high on drugs or realistic value ??

Even though I do think their asking price on that one is a little steep, 68-69 Chargers and 70-71 Cudas continue to sell for crazy amounts.

elk , take another look.
that charger , whats left of it is worth $1000.00 on a great day.
were do you start with a pile like that

Well, maybe I should have said quite steep lol. I'd bet someone will still pay $4-$5K for that heap with big dreams. I sold a 69 Charger last year to a guy in Germany for $8500. It wasn't much better than this one.

A bit high, but agree 68-70 B body 2 door cars (as well as any E body) are kinda high right now.

"Name" cars, big block cars and any Charger are premiums.

I say 2.5-4K if it's small block low option car, but if it's a loaded 383 car, then he's only a couple K off.

On crack. I've seen an R/T in the same condition for twice the money. That's why I am thinking of keeping
The cars I have.....

is it an R/T? if so, would be a R/T SE ad mentions 440.............. I do see power disc brake booster

car being apart kills the price either way............. i vote drugs

this is my buddie's 69 #s matching R/T...... im thinking this is what 10K looks like

Maybe I'm just cheap! No way I would pay $10k for that car either

its not for sale but being a B5 R/T, power windows, cruise, and only 53K on the odometer.........im thinking someone would shell out 10K for it......... not a rotbox, but does need the usual metal replacement

Just another moron trying to get rich. He's smoking something.

Looking to get 15K out of my 69 Charger. I think that's a fair price. Getting ready to send the motor to the machine shop for some rebuilding. Wondering if my investment is justified if it's gonna sell as soon as it's done. Pricing does seem to have been going up though.

hard to believe. I passed on a 69 Hemi Charger for 6500.00 in 1987. I had just sold my 68 Charger R/T for 1500.
I thought, no way that car was worth almost five times my car? DUMB DUMB

I think hes right on the $$$$ it says its an r/t s.e. 440 car im not seeing alot of rust , if your wanting one id jump on the charger wagon now because there going up and whats left in the affordable range is junk

value can not be determined by bad pictures on a cl ad...... way too many variables....... original engine/driveline?........ solid floors? frame rail rot? .......... the list is of questions is very long

you want an R/T SE? ......... you're gonna spend money at every angle

True sight unseen is not a fair assessment, however from CL experience looking at what might not be too bad on cl always turns out to be worse! lol 10K for something you might as well start from scratch with is too much, I bought my car for 10k and it was drivable. they are out there just have to keep looking.

15k for the above 69 charger with a rebuild is a good price and it will go quick. wife just slapped the back of my head for even considering taking it lol. with the old "gotta finish what you have first" routine.
