I'm David from the southwest corner of Minnesota. I already started a thread but I figured I should introduce myself.

I went to South Dakota State University for Construction Management. I'm a heavy equipment operator for my family's excavating company that my grandpa started in 1979. I collect old cars, motorcycles, old trucks, and antique tractors. I have a 73 Road Runner that I'm working on getting back on the road.

Welcome David. 67 Ford was the first car I owned. Sweet RR too.

Thanks everyone! I've been on different mopar forum with my Road Runner but I think I was the only 73/74 and there wasn't much help.

Dave welcome to the club, i'd like to go Ice fishing out their and come see your Chev and mopars. Let's here more about your Road runner any time you can.

Thanks guys!

I actually have an ice house snakeoil! You'll have to check out the antique tractor collection too. My dad and I collect mostly Minneapolis Moline tractors, and my 100x50 pole barn is full. I already started a thread in the 71-74 tech section of the forum for my Road Runner. Long story short I bought it off of eBay quite a few years ago out of Missouri. Originally it was a 400/727 but I bought it with a 400/A833. I immediately tore it down to completely restore it. So now today, 7 years later, I'm sick of not knowing what it's like to drive it. So I'm putting it all back together with new suspension parts, and a different 440 with new heads.

Welcome David, glad to have you on the site. Hey David what is your companies name? The reason I ask is I worked down in your neck of the woods years ago and was just wondering if I ever saw you guys out working. good luck, Al

Thanks! The plan with the gas pump is to gut it (already done), paint it, and put some new lights in it. Then anchor it to the concrete in front of my shop! Haven't made much progress on that, too busy with cars and work

welcome to FBBO keep us posted on your progress
