What did you do to your Mopar today?

Moved my 67 charger over to my house now that I got the skeleton of the metal shop up and a roof on it. Gonna put a new turn signal switch in the column to continue getting all the lights working properly so I aint ridin dirty anymore.

Just dropped 383 rebuilt motor and rebuilt tranny into 66 Belv.II ***that was fun** couple problems, added a ready-to-run MSD distributor, I deleted the bast.resistor and orange ecm box from Mancini car and car will not fire unless I run red wire from + coil direct to +battery post. I need to find correct ign, wire from fire wall and I'm leaking antifreeze from header bolts just on passenger side so I pulled them and re-applied more silicone sealer to bolts, and had to install new oil dip stick in car, had to pull torsion bar and then drop header out and installed with no problem, lesson there, install dip stick before installing engine

Lately just.........

Replaced metal in the right fender.

Delicious new freeze plugs.

Starting to look like an engine again...at least it's right side up.

Installed new front brake pads, new speedometer cable and had new tires installed. Safety first!

Continuing to strip the undercarriage of the 48 yr old undercoating,,,dirty nasty work,,,loving it,,,NOT!

Finally got around to replacing all of the brake lines on the 'ol Bel. Converted to a dual master cylinder and cleaned up the firewall while I was at it. Used Right Stuff brake lines and everything fit pretty well. I might do a front disc conversion someday but it's not in the budget now. She stops pretty well on the 11" drums. Put her up on the lift, adjusted my E-brake cable, checked the brakes, tire pressure and started piecing together the supplies I need to machine the mounting hardware for my last run of wheel discs :glasses2:

Gotta love Mopar Spinners. I saw the YouTube videos; pretty neat.

Getting all the "stuff" off of it that's been set on it over the winter, so I can get back to stripping the undercoating off like 6_7_G_T_X. Oh what a fun job.

I have a couple NOS ones in my Dad's basement. My uncle was the guy who painted the originals, before the finished image. They gave him a half-dozen finished ones from the original batch. Those look nice.

Replaced the dist cap and rotor. Figure they are almost 10 years old so its about time. Ron
