This is my 1976 Plymouth Fury Sport, it has a 440 bored .040 over with 9.5:1 compression hypereutectic pistons. It has factory 440 crank and stock rods with 906 heads, msd ignition, Edlebrock performer rpm intake, .540" lift cam, speed demon 750cfm carb, 1.6 ratio rockers, factory high performance exhaust manifolds, 3000 tci breakaway stall converter, 8 3/4 rear end with Detroit true trac and 4:10 gear. Also Moser 30 spline axles. found the car sitting in a varn when I was 16 and been rebuilding it since then getting ready to run the car this sprng hope to run in the 12's. There is no fiberglass on the car either except the front nose piece.

Very nice project and might I add nice shop also. :headbang:

LOVE this car! I owned a Red one with the white landau top with a factory sunroof back in the day!

right now my issue is of finding a new chrome trim piece that goes across the roof of the car where the vynl stops. it got ripped off somehow when we were driving it. if anyone has one please let me know.

Are you planning any chassis mods (besides the rear axle/suspension)? I believe that there are rubber isolators on the front sub-frame that (for Drag racing especially) should be swapped for poly-urethane or metal.

Thanks for the comments guys! the whole car has poly-urethane bushings and rides amazing when cruising during the summer

Under appreciated body style, that's for sure.

Is it a factory big block car? I've seen a few.

Sleeper.

Sunroof doesn't help with weight, but adds cool factor.

I love it bro!
Johnnyuma, how you doing? You still have the Doba? I still think its one of the best looking Late B's on here.

Nice car looks good. I like your wheels. I'm still trying to round up some parts for mine. Keep us posted on your progress and how it runs.

Thanks for the comments guys, after this semester gets over ill be starting my work on the car and making some video at the track with it.

It is amazing that these heavy tanks (4400 # shipping weight, realistic 4700#) run like they do. Looks like you found a good one to start with. Lovin the "C" Body road wheels.
