Thinking of ordering this radiator for my 68 440 charger. Cars got abot 500 hp. Price seems right but would have preffered the top hose on the drivers side. My opening is 22 inches but i want a 26 inch rad. image.jpg

Personal preferance. Copper cools as well. That is a good price though.

I had one & the tubes are small & it clogged up. I bought a Griffin for about $100 more & it has bigger tubes & cools better than when i first got the Champion. Griffin is US built too.

I have a champion on my GTO with a 455 works well no complaints. dual electric fans too though

bought 3....best bang for the buck plus the return guarantee is the best in the industry...can't say enough good things about them

I have a champion in my road runner works Well for me!

I have a champion cooling the 512 in my roadrunner. Has zero issue keeping the big stroker cool. I went with a 26" as well.

Mine has worked well for 3 year now until recently a small leak just above the lower tank has now made me buy a new usrad one. but before it sprung a leak it did do its job very well and the leak could have been from a hit or something man made / caused.

You get what you pay for. See my review of the Champion I returned for my US Radiator.

I love that thread, is what mine is going to look like! :)

The only thing that worrys me is the 1/2 inch tubes clogging up with scale fom my engine block.

I have one of these rads. Works good so far. It lined up perfectly in the factory location. I also got the 2 electric fans and the polished overflow, but bought the dual relay kits from Summit. It's my first aluminum rad. I noticed it gives off allot of heat but I assume its because its aluminum. Don't pay for shipping as you can find free shipping for those rads at the same price. Next time I'll order the polished tank upgrade.

Btw, if you are worried about scale build up, search threads on Evans Waterless Coolant. No water, no rust or sediment, no pressure, sounds good to me. I never used it but am seriously thinking about it. If you order from the Canadian website they charge in Canadian dollars which is 25% savings and free delivery!

Never heard of wizard radiators. They pretty good quality?
Just got one last year for my personal car, after the one from another supplier could not cool sufficiently. Install a snap, fit perfectly, shroud fit spot on, cools well. I say the Wizard is wonderful !!
