Hi guys,
I was wondering if anybody had any good places to look for the correct (or close) center caps for the magnum 500s. I've checked Jegs and Summit but their caps don't look right. Any ideas or links?
Appreciate it,
Mike

I bought NOS ones off Fleabag. There's two different years, earlier ones are shorter.

Wow, guys! Thanks for the speedy replies. :notworthy:
I did find them on Year One, they look great, but I think the ones on "Mega Parts" are the same repros, and for $120 before shipping. The Coker ones are sweet too, but kinda pricey as well.
Car Nut, I can't seem to find this Flea Bag site you mentioned? Again thanks everyone. Also, 1969 Hemi R/T, have you dealt with Mega Parts? The BBB rating was A+. $120+ shipping is such a good deal.

Flea Bag = Ebay

Haha thanks MightyMopar and thanks CarNut. $140 actually isnt too bad for all that Ive seen. Depends on shipping. @ BigManMopar, do you have any pictures of your caps on your wheels? When I looked at them on Summit, They looked a little more "cone" shaped than everything else I could find.

Thank you for posting. very nice.
Those look perfect on your wheels. And they look nothing like those strange conical caps that Summit advertises as the WV caps. I'm guessing they just haven't updated the picture.

Now I am torn. Should I but the WV specific caps, or get the Summit caps? My thoughts are they look identical from the outside. $28 price difference, and the wheel I have now is WV brand as well. Do you think I'd be alright with the cheaper caps @bigmanjbmopar? Or should I match up the parts by brand?

Summit has a great return policy, if they are not what you want simply return them. I think at the time I paid $32 for mine the wv ones.

I don't have a close up but they are the wheel vintique ones. And I just realized that summit makes their own version

Here is a pick of mine, they look like the summit version but are WV not sure why their pic looks coned?

She's a beauty!

Your right, someone even commented that in the review.

@bigmanjbmopar Good point. They seem like they're big on customer service. I think I'll get the WV caps.

Side note, the girlfriend surprised me with a 15x8 Mag 500 for my birthday (I'm buying the wheels/tires a little at a time as I unluckily didn't hit the Powerball Jackpot like I planned). I think shes a keeper!

@Car Nut Yeah I saw that too. The rest were all really good reviews, though. BigMan said his came out correct as well so I think I'll just order them and if they suck I'll send them right back lol.

** I'll give them a call first

@ODZ, Thanks for the link. The ones on his site look like the right ones, but you say they are shorter? Which should I have for my '69?

Now, there is a good question. I myself didn't know that some were about 1/4 inch longer until Mike mentioned it at Carlisle some years back.
They are hardly noticeable unless you have the other to compare with.
I kind of got the impression that the shorter ones went on the chrome Mag 5's and longer on the Road Wheels with trim rings. But I was told that is not the case.
So which is correct, anyone know?

In the end does it matter? I have only seen one set so far still in the box at a swap of oem caps and the dude wanted $1500 for them (road wheels) they looked exactly like the summit ones.
