Hi All,

Getting very close to done on our '67 GTX. Just need to find that oval rubber body plug that goes in the firewall next to the steering column. I think it is where a clutch rod would go through if it were a 4 speed. Not sure about that, but anyway it's 1-5/16" wide by 2" long. Not included in the body plug kit Grrrrrr.

Any help appreciated,

Zancat

Yeah it's definitely the hole for the clutch Rod, A place called (capsplugs) makes those plugs you can call them they sent me samples of what I wanted and it worked out good.

I didn't think of Caplugs. I've used their stuff in the past for fabrication projects. I called 'em, they said no oval plugs.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

I've got one I just pulled out of a box of "B"-body stuff, while I was looking for a set of radio knobs (unsuccessful there, though!)

Wow it even says Caplugs on it! I wonder why the guy sent me on my way?!?

Thanks all, ordered the one off Ebay.

FBBO Came through again! Thanks all!!
