Looks like another spanner. My hookers don't fit angled plugs. What are my choices for headers in heads with angled plugs?

Heads are edelbrock e-street (same casting as the rpm's), 440 in a 68 Coronet.

Appreciate the help guys, most websites are vague on the subject so I'll trust this forums real world experience instead.

Hooker super comps fit the 440 with Performer RPMs in my 70 'runner. Had to use ceramic plug wire boots.

Accel makes shorty plugs about half the length of standard plugs...try those?

Nah shorty' aren't an option. The hooker comp's are basically resting on the sparkies, I can just squeeze the boots onto the back of the sparkies. Thought about bashing it out some more but there's another sparkie #8 that is basically impossible to tighten down. So I'm gonna need new headers, don't want to but I'll flog off some parts and try and cover the extra cost.

Looks like tti's locally might be as much as shipping in 452's.

Any others that work with angled plugs?

Do hedman headers clear the angled sparkies? Say part 78030?

2"tti's here. work better with angle plugs than straights.

Yep 2" TTI's on my 63 and they work real good with angled plugs. Ron

Thanks guys. Any tricks to installing/removing headers with the engine in the car?

Plan on being able to get it fairly high off the ground depending on which headers. Probably will need to loosen motor mounts & lift motor a little.
