What are the widest tires I can put on a 69 roadrunner with 14 inch rims 6 inch wide.

Because we have the original I think that they are called 500 wheels and the are like new.

If you value the vehicle and for the sake of drivability and safety I would strongly recommend going to 15" rear wheels. I to have a set of original 14" 500's but will never ever put them on the rear of a HP Mopar again.
Dodge is slightly different with the wheel housings but, you can go a lot wider. The 69 Coronet has 295-50-15's on the rear. 8 inch rims. View attachment 252659 I still run the 225-70 14's on the front.
