I have pumped $1,914.52 into the American Economy with the parts to completely upgrade my rolling stock....New Cal Trac Complete System, Cal Trac Bars, Mono-Leaf Springs, FRT 90/10's and RR 9 Way Adj shocks ($1091.00) plus New MT Slicks ($468.58) plus new Moroso DS-2 Frt Tires ($354.94).
So...if any of you guys were wondering about doing this...this is the tab...LOL CalTracMT'sWeld.jpgtires shocks.jpg
All this with my new 505" Motor (which is I dont even want to know the total for that build...LOL) will add more the the economy.
All to go from 12 FLAT to 10.5....wow
I am not the only guy who is this crazy, RIGHT ??????

Hi Mike

Just started rebuilding the suspension and brake system on a 66 satellite. Yes it gets pricey. My first build so lots of questions???

Cant believe how expensive those shocks are. We do you gain with the 9 way adjustment??

Nice stuff. I have to look into new leaf springs for my roadrunner.

Parts, parts & more parts,
ya' gotta' love, that type of economic stimulus package

looking pretty good

good luck & happy spending

I bought the 9 way adj rr shocks ONLY to make my cal trac suspension system work better. I set them on 7 or 8 to keep thge rear end "planted" down on the launch.
Dont know about street use.....Mike

Very nice setup Mike. My budget is never what I would like it to be so I have to go cheap as I will have to stick with just my SS springs and the no adjustment longer MP rear shocks. The only adjustable shocks I have used is the Comp Engineering 90/10 three way shocks I have up front. The rest of my suspension is stock.
You should have no problem hooking that bad boy up Mike with that very nice setup. Good luck to you. Ron
