I'm currently running 23 inch thrush glass packs but wanted something louder , but don't want that racking out sound if you know what I mean. Anyone have experience with other mufflers

I have several new short glass packs if you want some

I don't know how much shipping would be to the U.S.A. though :)

Quite using glass packs long ago. If your exhaust is not loud enough now ditch the mufflers entirely.

my Dads dart has one glass pack and one flowmaster odd but great sound I would never change it

If you want loud,Dynomax race bullets

Twelve-inch glasspacks are something you're going to install, drive a couple of times, then get rid of. Far too short of a glasspack muffler for enjoyable driving. And, you are guaranteed to get the attention of the local constabulary, your HOA, and whomever else you get upset with the noise.

I have a pair of 30" Porters with 2-1/4" I/O on my '68 D100, and it has the most mellow sound ever! Those 12" mufflers will be the polar opposite.

My truck has no mufflers just pipes out the back and it get's noticed

It's a 5 speed manual so that helps too ;)
