Need help with application Identity

This is a A/C heater control I have had for quite a while and can't remember what it fits. It is PN: 3502449. Anyone recognize it?
The face has a slight curve to it making me think C body.

Looks like the same unit that's in my 66 Belvedere....from the front at least. It's still in the car so don't really know the part number or how it looks from the back.

Don't think it's from a 66 due to the part number .... 3502449 Based purely on the part number, it was released in 1971

Looks like a dodge pickup control to me. Had one in the late 70's that looked like that.
