Here is my dilema, I have a 69 Roadrunner that someone wanted to use to build a drag car. Basically torched out the back end (trunk, wheel wells, floor up to torsion bar crossmember, part of the inner rockers towards the back). And welded in a roll cage. Rest of the car is perfect.
I have a 68 4 door satellite, that I would like to use as a donor car, basically want to remove all the body panels and use the under carriage (for lack of better term) for the 69.
With that said, has anyone done this? I did a body swap on a 70 fastback mustang, and it wasn't too bad. I've replaced frame rails on a b body, not too bad either. But not sure about doing the entire body.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
