I have pictures of my 1969 Coronet Super Bee before it was painted as it had a funky 'acid bubble' paint job from the original owner and what appears to be an original (normal looking) bench seat. I wonder if any Super Bee came with these seats. They have a one inch raised pleat and look strange to me. Anyone have pictures of their seats from a 1969 Super Bee with a manual transmission and a 383 magnum?

Did they re-used the seat medallions and put them in the headrests? Better than throwing them out at least.

Looks like they changed the inner part of the covers. Those headrest-medallions look funky, but also weren't used in a 69 Bee at all...

Here's a correct black bench seat:

Thanks Super Rob. The seats in my Bee look too odd and now I am on the hunt for correct ones.

Just installed a set of Legendary covers in my '70 Bee. The upholsterer was very pleased with the quality of the product... Just in case that installing repro-parts is an option for you.

I have used Legendary in my 1971 Demon 340 and on my 1969 Coronet R/T and they have an excellent product. The seats in my Super Bee are annoying with the high ridges, but I am reluctant to change them if they are original to the car. I am guessing that they are not original and time to get correct ones.
