Need help identifying this wire and light?

I am in the process of putting the dash back together and I am having difficulty finding the glove box light. Here is a pic of pink and yellow wires with connector but no where to plug into.

Anyone know where this would plug into? Is this the glove box light? I do not want to install glove box until I find the light. Thanks for the help.

Glove box light is part of the switch that's already installed in your pic (look behind the glove box switch)
 
Would that plug be for the timer? I know there is one like that on my 70 for the key illumination timer.
 
It is for ignition time delay relay, the ring mounts between the switch & dash so light passes through small hole above key ring.
 
the bulb with the yellow pigtail plugs into light relay, so that when you open the door the ignition light illuminates
 
OK I understand where this particular light goes above ignition but still unclear where the plug gets connected?? Also I cannot find light for glove box. Should it be a black trace wire?? I have a diagram but not seeing any wires in the area that I would have expected them to be?

The plug is for the time delay relay.
 
So I am missing the time delay relay? or is it located somewhere near the ignition?
 
i could give you more info, but am in south America at the moment, and all my notes are in California. here's a visual

Ok so the small cylinder is the time relay? I will need to get one not finding it anywhere. Thanks for the help. Any ideas on where my glove box light would be?
 
Glove box light looks like this, from the pics you posted it looks like you already have one.

So the light bulb plugs into the back of the switch!! Now I see Thanks a bunch
 
Well here is a link to one for $25 I was going to grab it as a back up but go for it since you need it and its new old stock never used good deal man. good luck! post pics after you get it working. Love mine it works great, open the door and it lights for about 15 seconds then turns off or until I grab the key and turn.
