New house / New GARAGE

I hope I'm not premature with this as the deal isn't 100% done yet. I need to firm up the sale of my home but I've received 2 full price offers so just waiting for the home inspection of my place and it's official.

If all goes to plan this will be my new garage as of Sept. 1 this year. Can't wait to have a heated space so something can actually get done over the winter!
