64 Polara Gen3 Turbo Build

The JW speaker ones are aswesome. 417 Motorsports makes the intake. It is a custom fab job. We may have them make a bunch of em. I will post pictures when it is done
 
So I had the wind taken out of my sails. I had a couple of my tech buddies come over to certify my cage. The welds up top weRe not great but they were passable. The welds in all the less than visible places were awful. End result, I had to cut my cage out and it will need to be redone. I would be all over the guy that welded that pigeon ****!!!
 
I am waiting on 2jm fab to be able to get me in. I am going to steal (with permission) RVW's design and implement it into my car with a full rear suspension tree. When I am done the car will basically be a tube chassis car without being all cut. Kudos to RVW for doing the engineering and allowing me to implement it into my car.

On another note, I was able to get the tail light panels back in the car. I need to send the rings for the lenses out and have them black chromed. The pot metal is too bad to powder coat. They didn't turn out very good on the first attempt.
 
Whoever welded that cage needs to have his welder permanently inserted into his rectum.
 
I have tried a couple times to give him the opportunity to make it right. Looks like I am going to end up outing his terrible *** welding.
 
I don't know why he wouldn't want to stand behind his work if this is what he does to make a living.
 
He's not going to, hes already told me he wouldn't. Because I wouldn't let him cut it loose and try to weld it back together he said he isn't doing anything to help me. I was looking at the rear suspension and it was just as bad. I would have tried to put 1xxx horsepower through it and I would have ended up in the wall stabbed through the heart by one of those door bars that wasn't welded across the bottom. While I am not happy to pay to do it again, I am happy it was found before it was a BIG PROBLEM
