This wheel has impressive (nearly perfect) spokes and professionaly restored finish by Mike in Katy, TX and comes with a lifetime guarantee. The horn switch is NOS and the spline shows like new. The hub collar (pictured) has a few very minor pits, but other than that I can't find any problems with the original chrome plating.
I put the plymouth center emblem on for this sale which is nice and bright with no discoloration. The horn pad has a slight malformity around the 11:30 hand position but its hard to see unless you look directly upon it. When mounted or while driving most people won't see it unless their head was level to the horn cap or looking towards the upper edge of the pad. I also have a nice Dodge horn cap (of equal quality) to exchange for this Plymouth cap.
This rare steering wheel is suitable for judged show vehicle. It's hard to find another wheel in this condition that's not already on a show car.
