1967 Plymouth Satellite - My new find!

Car would be a Awesome restoration project and a unique car when done but Are those headrest really very rare?

Flipparoo.

And yes, the headrests are VERY rare. Of all of the '66 - '67 Mopars with buckets OR bench seats I've owned since the mid-1970s, I've owned ONE that had them. So yeah, rare.

i went to look at this car, it's waaayy better in pictures than in person. complete earl sheiss paint job, the black stripe is under coating not paint, rust in weird places. It need an entire roof clip. it must have had rats the size of cats in it, the tons of rat poop are the size of jelly beans, the rats ate the carpet and a bunch of wiring. plus this car was driven up to the mid to late 90s. it has a 90s kragen battery, the registrations up to 1996, and the pink slip and bill of sale for $200 were in the trunk.

it was definately a cool special ordered car, but for the asking price, by the time it was a decent driver/ weekend car, you could buy a nicer finished car. i would have liked to buy it, but for the money the owner was asking and not willing to budge a dollar, i had to walk away.

Hmmmmm I can get on the naval base at Jax and Patrick AF base in Melbourne, NASA..... :headbang:
