Car looks solid, how did you make out with the parts that are there, is it a complete car? I restored a 70 chevelle that was worse, had rotted 1/4's, no drive line, no front end, no interior, but it came with a completely restored dash board, I mean wrapped in plastic complete from wiring to vent covers, lol... BUT that was a chevy so it wasn't too expensive to finish, 68-70 b's are a bit different of an animal...
Is this the first frame up you are doing?, if it were me I would start by getting it stripped -fenders, dash, doors, etc., Then clean and sand the trunk, cabin, engine bay, and bottom, jamb it all up, paint the bottom, engine bay, etc.. After that is done get it rolling with a gas tank in it, suspension, brakes, etc...
The expensive part is the interior, I just got the final pieces of mine together, I keep track of every part and price- seat covers, door panels, carpet, headliner, arm rests, sail panels, package tray, thresh holds, trunk divider, door/window/lock handles, rear window windlace, 3 piece headliner trim, sun visor covers, pillars and kick panels cost me over 2250 , then just the small parts- headliner t-wires, headliner cups, door panel clips, trim clips, screw kit, sem paints, etc was another $300!!!
So I was over $2500 before the console and dash board!!! Thats when the real fun started, column parts were about $300, console cost me about $700 with top panels and carpet kit (luckily I had a nice console to start with), the dash was the worse for me, I have about everything BUT I am around $2500 including wiring, and again I had the cluster, dash pad, radio, frame, and most of the other stuff..
So just inside the car was over $6K!, When I first went over the car before buying it I figured about $5K in parts total not counting paint and engine machine work/labor, MAN WAS I OFF!!! MOPAR IS EXPENSIVE...
ANYWAY, if you have any questions I can pass on some of my experiences and what I have learned so far... What are you thinking your time line will be? How much are you doing yourself?
