I'm thinking this replacement glass I bought may not be right.
I'm trying to show in the pictures what I'm talking about.
It seems like it should fit inside the housing.
It is just a little too large too drop into the housing.
Seems like it should be flush with the housing edge, not sticking past it.
It doesn't go into housing at all.
I haven't clean the old adhesive yet, but that's not the problem.
Thanks.

Talking drivers side? Mine is a Dodge with different housing. Remote. Looks like this, some recess.

Driver's side. Not a remote.
I don't have the glass in front of me, but I'd say it is certainly less than 1/8.
Maybe close to 1/16.
Probably between the two.
The pictures show the whole edge of the glass.
None is hidden. There is a piece of plastic protecting one side. So that's what looks blurry.
