You know I am coming Dennis! Can't wait to get the GTX on that long stretch of I-5 and see what kind of flat out mileage I get. I am pretty happy with the 20mpg over Donner pass and the 17 mpg around town

Good chance I'll be going to the Fall Fling. Not sure which day. Probably Saturday as well. Sorry but no GTX this year. The car will still be in Minnesota - finished but not sure that I'll have it shipped down here by then.

It it would be nice to hook up with some other FBBO guys. Where do you guys hang out? I've never been to the fall fling is it heavy Mopars or a spread of everything? I've been to Route 66 and found nothing but GM and Ford products - dozens of caddies. Less interested if it's like that.

Yes, Friday there is a Malibu Cruise. Always a fun run. Always a risk that Canadiens will drink all the beer before you get to the Rock Store.

Welcome to La La Land! I've got the fling on my calendar. I plan on going. Leaving this week for Minneapolis to do some family time, fishing, friends - and of course take back possession of my GTX. It's been awhile and I'm sure there will be tweaks after all the work she's had. Hope to hook up with you guys that Saturday.
