New guy here! I acquired my 67 Coronet 500 convertible in 2006. It's a 2 bucket console car. It's got a later 70's built 360 replacing the 318 that was originally in the car. It needs a lot of work. I had to overhaul the entire brake system It's mechanically sound except for the rear suspension.

This car has been left out with the top down or windows for enough times to rot the floors. I started working on refreshing the weather beat interior with new seat foams/covers, carpet etc.. and when I pulled the carpet I found some pretty big holes in the floors and poor attempts of galvanized AC sheet metal work and roofing tar which would not work with the new carpet due to the wrong shape in the floor cavities. I ordered and installed floor pans and then stopped the work to put in a patio and landscaping in the backyard which took 4 years. So now all that's done and I'm back to working on getting this car in a drive-able condition.

One thing I've learned is there isn't a lot of love from parts suppliers for the 66-67 years.

I have many questions and don't seem to find answers using the usual online sources and parts dealers. I hope you can help provide some insight to some questions I may have.

The first question is.. can anyone point me in the direction of sourcing a bucket seat base brackets for the drivers side? Thanks for your time

Welcome Drew. You might want to post your need for the seat brackets in the WTB section. Good luck.
