You can test it by just putting power to the right terminals but I don't have my manual in front of me, if you need the info just P.M. me and I'll look it up next time I'm in the garage. I had to test the one I have so I know there's nothing to it it's just been to long ago for me to remember.
If I remember correctly applying 12 V to the H terminal will make it run in High and applying 12 V to the harness side of the resistor is Low. P1 & P2 are the internal park switch, again this is just going off of memory. If you have the other wiper motor I'd have to look it up.
O.K. both resistor wires may go into the harness so just make a jumper going from one side of the resistor to the L terminal and put 12 V to the other side of the resistor to test Low. Hope this helps.
