seems there is ever so slight chance I can buy a 68 RRrrrrrrrr. To me I'm a little confused. The price while I dont want to pay that much seems too good to be true. I hope to have an answer on Monday.

Do I NEED this car.....heck it took me 40 years to get a MOPAR now 2 within 2 months? hmmm seems I need help.:hello2:

what are the particulars, pictures? Ill help judge too good to be true...

Welcome to the madness . . . if it's a good car, a good deal, you have the room, and the time to add another project to the list . . . go for it . . .

he who dies with the most cylinders, wins!
go for it!

LOL guys Let me see if I can supply the much required pic's.

7,000? I personally think the car is 5000ish to 6. original 383 and 4spd gone...okay I get that but floors are good and trunk is good...just needs qtrs???? seems too good to be true.

See if the seller will let you pull it out of the $hit it's sitting in so you can have a proper look at it.
Crawl around it then make a decision.

Well said.

ha....well I have made an effort to tell the wife and kids what the value and bottom dollar is on my cars. a friend of mine in Va. will see to it they sell them right ...... at least that's what he's telling me. He is a Ford guy and WANTS the convertible. He's also a closet Mopar guy too so he will steer them right unless they feel sorry for him and under price the Shhtang to him. LOL!

have a good look at the frames. hope it works out.

Thanks guys. I've been around a bit and do a pretty decent job of picking good quality. we'll see if this one passes the test of value vs dollars.

Just keep scooping them up. Its collecting not hoarding!!

Looks purity decent for the money I wouldn't say to good to be true but decent I would say 5-6 is a good number granted the frame rails are good and it isn't missing to much . I'd buy it in a heartbeat as I've never had one so if you are not going for it pass out the info . Looks decent to me

Thank you guys I spoke to the owner again last night. Arranging to go see it Friday! I'll need to chase down a 383 and 4speed.

HOWEVER if I pass on this I'll pass out the information asap. IF he is correct about the condition, windows, cowl, and to ya'lls recommendation frame..... I'll own a car that started it all for me 47 years ago ...LOL NEVER GIVE UP!!
