We have a 1968 Plymouth Sport Satellite. We just pulled the engine and are trying to find out if it is a numbers matching car. We bought the car in Charlotte NC in 1991 and the it was cloned as a Roadrunner. Our daughter had a baby in 1994 (our first grandchild) and we kind of lost interest in the car so it sat in the garage for years. We finally gave the car to our son who has followed in my footsteps as being an avid Mopar lover and he is now in the process of doing a restore of the body and overhaul of the engine.

Welcome to the Madness !! Look at the rear of the engine near the oil pressure switch. I may be stamped there where it meets the trans or bell housing.

What year did they do that? I was familiar with the VIN stamping above the oil pan along the bottom of the block.

Anyways welcome aboard from a fello Ohion.
