My five minute project of searching for the rim width size of a fourteen inch wheel from a 1972 Satellite Sebring Plus is turning into an all day affair. Am I looking for something that does not exist? So far I found "M32" and "B" stamped on the backside of the wheel between the mounting holes. Then on the frontside near the valve stem I find "M32" "2" "valve stem" "29" "pentastar". Behind the valve stem is "3580050", which comes up "not found" on a parts number search. Anyway, all I am looking for is the rim width, isn't this info stamped on all steel wheels? So far I have degreased the wheel, but have not started to sand off the surface rust yet and don't really want to if not necessary. Thank you.
