So the car is a 1973 Dodge Charger. I bought this car for $500 bucks. It was sitting in a field since 1978, and when i got the car home, I found some American Racing wheels in the back. I almost have finished rebuilding the engine and trans, so I'm getting tires. Wheel size is 14 x 7 inches. Old tires from the wheels say GR 60R14 or something like that. I havent had any luck anywhere else. Help is appreciated! uploadfromtaptalk1445480531473.jpguploadfromtaptalk1445480567503.jpguploadfromtaptalk1445480596121.jpguploadfromtaptalk1445480626685.jpg

Ok so the aspect ratio should be 60, and the rim size 14. But what width is best for a 7 inch wide rim??? so far i have ____/60/R14.

225 for 7 inch rim is a good match. The only 225/60-14 that tirerack.com had were BFG TAs, 14 inch tires are hard to find now days.

The wheel wells are huge and would make the 14s look small.

I have a set of (nearly) brand new 245/60/14s just sitting on the garage floor -- they came on a project car that was later sold. No interest it seems in wider 14" tires these days; they were all the rage when I was in high school. Class of '78!
