You bought it you know what you were willing to pay for it. Production numbers should not be the driving force for having good taste. Real nice car there, enjoy.

Thanks. I totally agree with you. No big deal, just a little curious about the production number. And yes, my taste for cars is good, just look at it :)

very nice car. and welcome to the forum
my '68 500 'vert started life with a 318 and auto.

The original post lists 1968 but I see pictures of a 1969....

Which figures are you looking for? 1968 or 1969?

Thanks. Coronet`s of the late 60s is really nice, but they are hard to find and they are very expensive. When i saw the Plymouth "cheap" i had to buy it :)

The only tag I could find is to the left of the steering wheel. (Sorry, i'm not very good in English writing)

You could get a 383-2bbl four speed car in 68. They are not common. The White book lists 55 1968 RP27 383-2bbl four speeds built for sale in the US.

I think you are referring to something called a "parade boot". not sure if they were ever made for mopars. someone else car to chime in? I found this link...maybe contact them and see if they make for Plymouth...most of what I have seen are for "C" bodies.
