this is my current project! So far have rebuilt the front suspension with firm feel parts, rear disk brakes from dr diff. Soon doing a GenIII hemi swap

So my hemi project has stalled momentarily. Motor mounts don't fit correctly so all the geometry is off...out of frustration have stepped away
 
Maybe just work on making it a driver for now and keep researching and planning the engine swap. Looks like you've done some good suspension upgrades so far. Take some time away until after the holidays and then come back and take another look at it. Good luck.
