my son was working on my antique 48 Dodge custom sedan one night and his pants were too low so I dug a quarter out of my pocket and dropped in his crack. he turned around and said what the f#$k are you doing and I said I dropped a quarter in the slot to see if you can sing and dance!!!

This is old news as I live in Los Angeles - young people have been wearing their pants down like that for years - especially the gang bangers. I hate it - but if I saw more women like the one above I think it would "grow" on me - if you know what I mean......

From what i heard....this started in prison. It was a way of letting others know "that they were available" if you know what i mean.

Also heard that most times prison clothing is loose and doesn't stay up. I can't stand for my pants to be falling down all the time.....
