Your 1rst B Body?

63 fury 383 4spd in 1967 in Seattle while in dry dock in Bremerton .Think I paid 900.00 for it . I drove around for a couple of hours and took it back to the u/c dealer I bought it from as I didn't like it . I walked down the "dealer row" 2 lots down and stumbled upon an awesome 65 satellite 426 wedge 4spd and I was in love !! Paid about 1450.00 for but sadly I wrecked it a few months later street racing a 69 Barracuda in Oakland Cal.

In 1973 ish I bought a 1964 Ply Sport Fury. 361, 4 barrel, 4 speed with a Sun Tach. Very pretty car. I drove it till it pretty much quit.

My first was a 63 Polara 500. 383 2bl 727 trans and a 3:23 sure grip. We paid $900 plus a 59 slightly rusting Chrysler Saratoga 4 door sedan with a slipping trany. The Dodge was traded in at a VW dealership. Go figure. That was in 1964, about a year after losing my Dad. My mother didn't drive, so I convinced her we needed a newer car. My older brothers already had theirs. The oldest brother a new Polara 500 Convertible with a 426 street wedge, and my other brother a 1954 Royal Sedan with the Hemi, and a 1960 Chrysler 300F Convertible.

The second was a 66 Coronet 440 with a 383 4bl, 4 speed Dark Green with a Black vinyl top Ralley suspension 3:23 sure grip, power brakes, no power steering. $3461.00 was the window sticker, but traded a 1965 Corvair Corsa 180hp Coupe, which ran a 14.68 qtr. mile, at 88.88 miles per hour in F stock. But it was a Chevy and had to go. Don Yenko said it was the fastest turbo Corvair he had ever driven.

Then I got the "Letter" and had to sell it

Since then, there have been far to many cars, and way to much money spent on them until now. My current B Body is my 69 Charger which was my oldest brothers and should on the road late spring or early summer next year.

1974 Plymouth RoadRunner RM21L car 360/727 with 3:23 gears. Paid $1500 for it in 1982. Traded it in on a new Chevy Chevette and was allowed $600 in trade in value. What was I thinking?

1968 Dodge Coronet 440. Still have it and it's been in my family since 1972. I paid my uncle $500 for it in 1998. It is dark green and has a 318 2 barrel still numbers matching.
